What struck me most about my conversation with Dorsey Houtz wasn’t just that he built a company and built it to outlast him.

Most leaders cling to the wheel until the tires fall off. Not Dorsey. He boldly chose to amputate ego, plan succession, and stare down fear to elevate what matters most: legacy and people.
