One of my growth areas was when I began to relinquish control.

The more my company grows the more I realize I have to focus on what I do best and surround myself with people who know how to fill int the gaps where I am lacking.

This is hard.

For the first part of my entrepreneurship journey I was doing everything from speaking, marketing, sales, administering and travel myself.

I was a one man band.

Now that I have a team, I see where I can be most efficient and allow others who have a gift in the other areas that are not my strength, to step up.

I give them full autonomy on how to do the job.

It is my job to ensure that we are all rowing in the right direction.
