Yesterday, as I shared Christmas prayer with my family, I was struck by the realization that, if blessed with God’s graces, I might have only 15 more Christmases to celebrate.

This thought wasn’t daunting but grounding, reminding me to cherish every moment with loved ones.

This week, I also reflected on the journey you’ve all embraced. Your dedication to this process - elevating your life and work - is inspiring.
